"My three children began piano lessons at the ages of 6 and 8 years old. Now over eight years later, they continue to play the piano along with other instruments. Luckily for me, we found the perfect instructor in Brian Noel. Having grown up myself playing music and going through numerous instructors, I realized that this could impact my kids greatly on how they would continue with their music. Mr. Noel embodies everything a parent wants a teacher to be: knowledgeable, patient, confident, encouraging, supportive, motivating, dedicated, and perhaps most important, able to teach each student as an individual. I am confident that my children will finish their high school years under Brian’s tutelage and will likely go on to pursue music with the best foundation any teacher could possibly have provided.
Mr. Noel is a great example of hard work and dedication to excellence, not only in teaching, but also in his craft as a musician. Brian has gone above and beyond the role of teacher. Brian teaches them the fundamentals but also makes it fun for them. Right now, they are playing Fur Elese and Billy Joel - a fun combination! When my kids go to other homes and sit down and play, they receive numerous compliments and delight in being able to play so many wonderful pieces. I give all credit to Brian Noel for this. He has made learning fun and my kids love taking lessons from him, looking forward to their lessons each week. I could not recommend him highly enough at this point. Both my husbnnd and I are truly grateful to have Mr. Noel as our family music teacher."

Brian exemplified both professionalism and patience while teaching a broad range of young students recorder and piano at St. Mary's School in Aliso Viejo. Later focusing on piano teaching, he had a loyal group of parents and students progressing from level to level, performing publicly, and enjoying the challenge of trying to master music. Being dependable, flexible, and detail oriented, were attributes that made having Brian as a part-time staff member so nice, and allows me to recommend him with confidence

Brian Noel is a supportive, engaging, and wonderful instructor. He creates a comfortable yet challenging lesson environment—meeting the student where he or she is at, while pushing the student towards higher levels of achievement. He is very knowledgeable and encouraging, fostering a safe and supportive lesson environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my lessons with Brian and regret that since I relocated I am no longer able to study under him. His teaching assisted me in building up a strong level of concentration and patience, which has been beneficial both in harp and in all aspects of my life. Having studied under multiple harpists and experiencing many different types of instruction, I strongly recommend Brian Noel and believe he is an adaptive teacher that can work effectively with any learning style.
